Chantel Marie Hartson, the daughter of Donald and Linda (Booker) Hartson was born April 11, 1968, in Missouri. She passed away on Monday, December 12, 2022, at the Montgomery County Memorial Hospital, Red Oak, Iowa, at the age of 54 years, 8 months and 1 day.

Chantel was raised in Creston, Iowa, moving to Red Oak in 1991. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and enjoyed coloring. She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda.

Chantel is survived by her two daughters: Shawna Hartson of Monroe, NC and Heather Hartson of Red Oak, IA; 6 grandchildren, and brother, Jeff Hartson of Ft Dodge, IA; other relatives and friends.

Chantel's wishes were to be cremated and no service will be held at this time.
