Georgia Kay Clark, the daughter of George and Eugene (Harvey) Linville was born January 22, 1943, at Graham, Missouri. She passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at Accura Healthcare of Stanton, Stanton, Iowa, at the age of 79 years, 11 months and 6 days.

Georgia was raised in Graham, Missouri and graduated from high school in 1961. She attended Northwest Missouri State University at Maryville, Missouri, from where she graduated. Georgia was united in marriage to Harold Clark on June 19, 1965, in Graham. She taught school in Hamilton, Missouri and Lamoni, Iowa. In 1971, Georgia and Harold moved to Stanton. She became the administrative director for Halland Village, serving almost 40 years. Georgia was an active member of the Evangelical Covenant Church in Stanton, and served many years on the Stanton Library Board. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, reading and spending time with her family. Georgia was preceded in death by her parents.

Georgia is survived by her husband, Harold Clark of Stanton, IA; daughter, Marta Clark-Moffett of Stanton, IA; son, Douglas Clark of Orlando, FL; granddaughter, Savanna Moffett of St. Joseph, MO; sisters: Lynnette Walk of Maryville, MO and Jackie (Danny) Smith of Mississippi; and brothers-in-law: Frank (June) Clark and Gary Clark both of Missouri; other relatives and many friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at the Evangelical Covenant Church, Stanton, Iowa

Visitation with the family on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Evangelical Covenant Church.
