Judith Marie Fehringer, the daughter of Kenneth and Mildred Probasco Lawrence was born December 30, 1948 in Greeley, Colorado. She died on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at the Montgomery County Memorial Hospital, Red Oak, Iowa after an extended illness with cancer at the age of 59 years, 5 months and 4 days. Judith was raised in Sterling, Colorado. After graduating from high school she attended cosmetology school and work many years as a professional hair stylist. Judith lived most of her life in Sterling, CO until 1995 when she moved to Red Oak, IA. She loved animals and held a special fondness for pets. Judith was a member of the Red Oak Eagles Lodge Auxiliary, having served as president in 2006. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Christopher Bradshaw and great-granddaughter, Zaylee Blystone. Judith is survived by three children: Kimberly J. Jones of Red Oak, IA; Kevin L. Fehringer and his wife Lori of Sterling, CO; Terry J. Fehringer of Castle Rock, CO; six grandchildren: Curtis Blystone, Cody Blystone, Cassy Blystone, Reagan Fehringer, Hailey Fehringer, and Peyton Fehringer; brother, Joe Lawrence of Commerce City, CO; dear friend, Edna Payne of Red Oak, IA; other relatives and friends. Judith's wishes were to be cremated with no public service. Celebration of Life Luncheon will be held Saturday, June 7, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Red Oak Eagles Lodge, Red Oak, Iowa A private family service will be held in Colorado at a later date.
