Justin Michael Moates, the son of Clarence and Angela (Saverino) Moates was born June 4, 1984 in Kansas City, Missouri. He passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 in Red Oak, Iowa at the age of 31 years, 4 months and 16 days. Justin was raised and graduated from high school at Bentonville, Arkansas. He attended Northern Arizona University, before moving to Los Angles, California. In 2013, Justin moved to Red Oak, Iowa. He most recently, lived in Creston, Iowa where he worked for Ferrara Candy Company. Justin is survived by his parents, Clarence and Angela Moates of Wickenburg, Arizona and brother, Marcus of Winnetka, California; grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins; other family members and friends.
