Kathleen Jo Carter, 63, Lincoln, NE

Kathleen Jo Carter, the daughter of John and Wanda (Carpenter) Binns. She passed away on December 20, 2020 in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Anderson Carter.

Kathleen is survived by her four children: Misty (Jordan) Springer of Lincoln, NE, Harold E. Seberger of Council Bluffs, IA, Donald Hayes Jr. of Hancock, IA, John Hayes Sr of Shenandoah, IA; two stepdaughters: Elaine (Vichan) Sungthia of Olympia, WA and Rachel Defriese of TN; 21 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; three sisters: Mary Beth Binns of Red Oak, IA, Sandra (Shawn) Dunkson of Elliott, IA and Jackie Binns of Lincoln, NE; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.

Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery, Red Oak, Iowa
