Keith E. Bridges, the son of George and Opal (Cook) Bridges was born December 31, 1930. He passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2019, at the Good Samaritan Society, Red Oak, Iowa.

Keith lived his entire life in Red Oak. He worked for Union Carbide Battery Company for 38 years, retiring in 1992. Keith was united in marriage to Gladys Orr on June 18, 1983 in Red Oak. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and was a dog lover, especially of his pets over the years. The past 10 years, Keith loved getting to know his great-grandson, Hunter. He was a past member of the Red Oak Eagles Lodge.

Keith was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Gladys on December 28, 2014; grandson, Jacob C. Shirley; twin brother, Kenneth and brother, Jack.

Keith is survived by daughter: Pam Shirley of Ralston NE; granddaughter, Joy (Eric) Nielsen of Sterling Heights, MI; and great-grandson, Hunter Shirley of Ralston, NE; other relatives and friends.

Keith's wishes were to be cremated and a private inurnment will be held.
