Maddison Jo Belt, the infant daughter of Jessica Briggs and Gavin Belt, was born and died on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at Creighton University Medical Center, Omaha, Nebraska. Maddison is survived by her mother and father: Jessica Briggs and Gavin Belt of Red Oak, IA; maternal grandparents: Ted and Diane Briggs of Red Oak, IA; paternal grandparents: Joe and Barb Belt of Red Oak, IA; maternal great-grandparents: Richard and Mary Blackburn of Red Oak, IA; aunts and uncles: Wendy and Kevin Fisher of Red Oak, IA; Kevin and Wendy Belt of Highlands Ranch, CO; Stacey Henderson of Whittier, CA; and other relatives.
