Nancy Jean Penry's Obituary
Nancy Jean Penry, the daughter of Bert and Olive (Buffon) Penry was born November 28, 1935 at Iowa City, Iowa. She passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2015 at the Montgomery County Memorial Hospital, Red Oak, Iowa at the age of 80 years and 15 days.
Nancy lived in Red Oak most of her life. Throughout her working career, Nancy worked at J. D. Oil Café, and later at Vista Gardens Care Center for many years. She enjoyed cooking, working in her flower garden, embroidering and walking their dogs. Nancy was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Francis and Fay; and sisters: Elsie Orr and Mary Hammer.
Nancy is survived by her twin sister, Shirley Penry; sister, Mrs. Laura Anderson; and brothers: James Penry and Guy Penry, all of Red Oak, IA; nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday, December 17, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Sellergren-Lindell-DeMarce Funeral Home
Burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Red Oak

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral service from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. at Sellergren-Lindell-DeMarce Funeral Home
