Tammy Sue Kammerer, the daughter of Ronald and Christine (Foreman) Kammerer, Sr. was born January 17, 1963, in Red Oak, Iowa. She passed away on Saturday, November 13, 2021, at CHI Mercy Hospital, Corning, Iowa, the age of 58 years, 9 months and 27 days.

Tammy was raised in Red Oak and later moved to Council Bluffs, Iowa, where she attended school. Over the years, Tammy made her home in several southwestern Iowa towns. In 2016, she moved to Corning, Iowa. Tammy was a dog lover and treasured each and every dog she raised. She enjoyed camping, fishing, and the whole lake experience. Tammy was preceded in death by her parents; and infant son, Robert Edie IV.

Tammy is survived by two children: Daphne Edie of Columbia, MO and Randy (Felicia) Caddell of Pisgah, IA; stepchildren: Robert Edie III of Council Bluffs, IA and Melanie (Jermie) Henderson of Persia, IA; 11 grandchildren; sisters: Elizabeth (Mike) Morrell of Elkhorn, NE and Sherry (Scott) Smith of Hudson, CO; and brothers: Ronald Kammerer, Jr. of Red Oak, IA and Shawn Kammerer of Red Oak, IA; other relatives and friends.

A family Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
