William Eugene Miller, the son of William H. and Violet L. (Johannes) Miller was born October 15, 1926 in Adams County, Iowa. He passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at the Hays Nursing Center in San Marco, Texas, at the age of 87 years. William was preceded in death his parents; wife, Jean Miller; and son, Kent Miller. William is survived by his daughter, Kathy Rusch and husband, Robert of Muscatine, IA; granddaughters: Gretchen Rusch, and Sarah Moore and husband, Bryan; great-grandchildren: Juliet and Quinton Moore; and sister, JoAnn Miller; other relatives and friends. Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Strand Cemetery, northeast of Villisca, IA Rev. Gordon Scott, Officiating No Viewing or Visitation will be held. Family and friends are to meet at the cemetery for the service. Sellergren-Lindell-DeMarce Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
